£85 per room per night for double bedrooms.

£90 per room per night for twin/double bedrooms.

£100 per night for The Garden Room, which can be twin or double with ensuite shower.



From the South: Turn off the A1 north of Newcastle on to the A697 to Coldstream. Continue on this road through Longhorsley and Longframlington to Powburn. After Powhurn turn left between two rows of cottages signed Brandon, Ingram, Linhope. Follow this road for 3 miles, over a large wrought iron bridge. Follow the road round to the right and we are the first gate on the right.

From the North: Take the A697 through Coldstream, Millfield and Wooler. Continue for about 7 miles until the turning to the right to Brandon, Ingram, Linhope. Over the large wrought iron bridge as mentioned above.

Our Booking Terms and Conditions

A deposit of £40 if booking for one night or the cost of the first nights stay if booking for more than one night is payable at the time of booking, this can be done by cheque payable to Mrs Jane Levien, with the balance due on departure. We are unable to accept card payments. A booking once accepted is a legal commitment and guests will be liable for the whole amount of the booking in the event of a cancellation where it proves not possible to re-let the room. In order to cover this it is recommended that guests should consider taking out travel insurance. Arrival time is between 4.30 and 6.30pm unless we are notified of a different time. This is to ensure we are here to greet you on arrival. Rooms are to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure please.

Dogs are permitted if sleeping in owners car - please talk to us if you wish to bring a dog. We charge £5 a night if the dog has to come inside. Owners are responsible for ensuring no damage is done to the property and for bringing any bedding that is required. Please note we have our own dogs and cats in residence.
